Contact Renaissance support

We have several different ways for you to get support for your Renaissance products. Our Knowledge Base contains helpful articles and how-to’s for product functionality and configuration. An advanced article search engine will retrieve an article and highlight the section of the article that applies most to your question. We also offer live support via Chat or Phone during regular business hours, or you can email us anytime.

Knowledge Base

We have an advanced Knowledge Base where the more basic support questions can be answered by using our advanced search engine (bottom right corner). We recommend asking your question here first as it is the quickest way to get answers to common questions about product functionality.

Support team

Use our support form to ask questions and get assistance. You will be able to select the product or service for which you need help.

Chat with us

To chat with a support team member please log in to your Renaissance application and access the chat feature. The chat is inserted into our products in different locations depending on the product.

If you are unsure of how to access the chat via your application, contact us and one of our Support Agents will assist you.
