About myON

Our recommendation engine combines student interests, grade level and Lexile(R) reading level to provide each learner with a list of “just right” books for independent, self-directed reading. Click on the image at left for a closer look at a sample set of Recommended books for a younger student.

Educator tools enable you to create or adapt reading and writing projects, and assign them to individual students or groups. Embedded metrics seamlessly monitor activity and growth.

Your myON subscription provides the following:

  • Unlimited, 24/7 year-round access – before, during and after school, on weekends, school holidays and summer break, wherever and whenever students want or need to read.
  • Concurrent, multi-user license – there is no limit to the number of students or educators who can read the same book at the same time, and no waiting to access a book
  • Online and offline availability — users can read online using any web-enabled device and download up to 20 books at a time for offline reading using free mobile apps for iPad, Android and Chromebooks.
  • Access to thousands of digital titles (70% non-fiction, informational text and 30% fiction)
